30-Day Refill Guarantee

Qualifying plans (Turbo and Nitro) include a 30-day refill guarantee. If your follower, like, or subscriber count drops within 30 days of completed delivery, contact our support team and we will restore the original quantity at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your order was not started within 5 business days of payment
  • We are unable to fulfill your order due to a technical issue on our end
  • A duplicate charge occurred on your account

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Orders that have been fully or partially delivered
  • Changes of mind after delivery has begun
  • Account suspensions or bans caused by violations of platform terms
  • Providing incorrect usernames or URLs that caused delivery to the wrong account

Processing Time
